Hyslop crosses from NAB to Tech Mahindra

Tech Mahindra takes control of VHA's IT

Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) today confirmed it had appointed Indian IT services giant Tech Mahindra as its new IT managed service provider, in a deal which the Australian Financial Review has valued at around $250 million.

Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) has appointed Indian IT outsourcing specialist Tech Mahindra to take responsibility for the running and operations of the company's IT systems, replacing a number of providers that included Ericsson and IBM.
