PCs built by the bigger American companies were just too expensive for the rest of the world, but the fact that one could put together a box by buying grey-market parts led to the spread of Windows.

Fructose may raise blood pressure

If you drink and eat products made with high fructose corn syrup then you may be at increased risk from developing high blood pressure, at least that is the result of a study by researchers from the University of Colorado. Its conclusion is countered by an organization involved with the manufacture of fructose.

High fructose corn syrup bad for rats

U.S. researchers in New Jersey found that lab rats consuming high fructose corn syrup had a greater increase of body weight than rats with access to sucrose or table sugar. However, does it also apply to humans?
