Over a period of a few months, most staff became comfortable with these ways of staying in touch while working remotely. However now, with hybrid work practices likely to be a feature of business life for some time to come, many organisations are realising there is another challenge that needs to be solved. As well as enabling hybrid communication, there is also a need for hybrid collaboration capabilities.
