O'Connell takes over Superloop chair from Slattery

Network operator Superloop has announced the retirement of founder and chair Bevan Slattery from its board. Peter O'Connell has been appointed to the board as non-executive chair.

amaysim sells energy division to AGL for $115m

Mobile virtual network operator amaysim has sold its energy services division to AGL for a sum of $115 million in cash, according to an announcement made to the ASX on Monday morning.
