Quickflix readies for NBN with Macquarie Hosting

Listed Australian online movie subscription company, Quickflix has signed a three-year, half-million dollar deal with Macquarie Hosting to host its online portal as the company prepares for what it says is an expected big increase in business with the eventual launch of the NBN.

More resources, rewards for PayPal partners

PayPal will throw more rewards and monetary incentives through revenue-sharing opportunities at its Australian partners who integrate the online payment service within their e-commerce and web solutions.

Australia has become the first market outside the United States chosen by PayPal to roll-out its developer program, with local developers now able to access a range of technical tools, applications and online payment resources free of charge through a new Australian developer portal.

Global online payment service, PayPal, today announced a new programme for the Australian market which it claims will boost e-commerce uptake in Australia, by allowing local organisations to get online and take advantage of the Internet to open up new revenue streams.

Macquarie Hosting, a division of Macquarie Telecom, has sealed a three year, half million dollar deal with Australian electronic payment gateway providers, eWAY.
