Cyber-physical systems protection company Claroty has appointed Tim Mackie as vice president of worldwide channels and alliances.

ISACA, a global association for IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity professionals, has appointed Tatum Crisp as the first female president of the ISACA Auckland Chapter. The appointment marks a significant milestone for the Auckland Chapter, formed in 1984, and reflects a commitment to diversity and excellence in leadership.

With a career spanning over two decades in technology and cybersecurity risk management, Tatum brings a wealth of experience and a visionary approach to her new role.

Tatum commented on her new appointment, “It is a privilege to lead such a dedicated group of professionals, and I am excited to help build the Auckland Chapter and support each member in becoming the best version of themselves through mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and skill-building.

“I have personally experienced the benefits of being an ISACA member throughout my career and the professional growth that comes from being connected to a diverse global community of IT and cybersecurity professionals. Leading a thriving chapter and facilitating events and opportunities where members can exchange insights, discuss trends, learn together, and be informed about job prospects, industry developments, and emerging technologies is incredibly fulfilling.

“I am also proud to be associated with ISACA’s SheLeadsTech initiative, which supports, mentors, and advocates for women in technology, fostering leadership and professional growth,” said Ms Crisp.

Jo Stewart-Rattray, Oceania Ambassador, ISACA, said Tatum's leadership is outstanding and her contributions to ISACA invaluable.

“Tatum’s vision and dedication are set to inspire and empower the Auckland ISACA community and beyond,” said Ms Stewart-Rattray. “Tatum will ensure members continue to enjoy a vibrant and supportive network with targeted learning opportunities in the fields of leadership, communication and management.

“Tatum is passionate about driving innovation and growth in the IT and cybersecurity sectors and has a particular interest in understanding the impact of behaviours and habits on decision-making and risk-taking. Her experience will no doubt inspire and guide members as they navigate complex technological landscapes in their own careers."

As the Head of Technology Risk at Westpac NZ since November 2021, Tatum leads a team of highly specialised risk professionals. She has previously held roles at ASB, Sovereign (now AIA), Barclays Bank and PWC, with her expertise covering both the New Zealand and United Kingdom financial services sectors.
