Hello! I’m Kaylee, and my journey with Merry Maids is truly a family affair. Born into a Merry Maids uniform in 2002, but I officially joined the family business at the age of 16. Over the years, I’ve progressed from folding towels and filling totes to taking on roles as a team member, trainer, and now office manager. My growth has been enriched by the invaluable lessons passed down from my grandmother, Patti, my mother, Julie, and my Aunt Jennifer, who have all dedicated their lives to this legacy of excellence. I take great pride in integrating my passion for technology into our operations, ensuring that we stay connected with our customers in innovative ways. Together, we uphold the Merry Maids tradition of quality service, driven by a commitment to our employees' growth and satisfaction, which ultimately reflects in the exceptional service we provide to our cherished customers. In the future, I look forward to continuing my career in the family business and having a great day at Merry Maids, every day!

Kaitlyn is our newest addition to the Merry Maids® family, and she has already proven to be a wonderful fit. With over 15 years of experience at Merry Maids®, Tracy is a seasoned pro who brings energy and passion to every home she visits. She loves building relationships with customers—and their furry friends—and takes pride in creating spaces where people can truly unwind. Tracy believes a clean house is a happy house, and she cleans every home like her own. Her style is fast, efficient, and meticulous.
Fun Fact: Tracy has a great love for dogs and a youthful spirit that surprises everyone—she’s almost 51 and still going strong!

Elizabeth has been with Merry Maids® for nearly a year and takes pride in the relationships she’s built with her regular customers. She enjoys making homes look better and feel more welcoming, and believes a house isn’t truly clean until the kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling. Elizabeth treats every home like her own, bringing care and attention to every detail.
Fun Fact: Elizabeth loves spending her free time outdoors with her daughter.

Tina joined our team in November 2024 and has quickly become a favorite among customers for her warmth and dedication. She loves getting to know the people she cleans for and finds joy in transforming their spaces into cozy, inviting homes. For Tina, a truly clean space is one that’s clutter-free, smells amazing, and has beautifully made beds. Her signature style is to leave every room feeling fresh and fabulous.
Fun Fact: Tina is a proud cat mom to four furry companions and is originally from Alabama—she brought her Southern charm to Ohio nearly two years ago!

Although Faith is one of the newer faces on our team, she brings with her many years of experience across all areas of professional cleaning. She loves being part of a company that allows her to be her authentic, cheerful self, and she takes pride in making homes shine and customers smile. She believes that a home isn’t truly clean until every little detail is handled with care. Her cleaning style is all about precision, care, and leaving every space sparkling brighter than before! As a trainer, she uses positive reinforcement to build up her teammates and ensure no detail is overlooked.
Fun Fact: Faith enjoys heavy weightlifting at the gym and cherishes time with her fiancé and two young children.

This past July marked Jessica’s incredible 20-year anniversary with Merry Maids®! Over the years, she has become a trusted and beloved part of our team, known for her quick, detailed, and thorough cleaning style. Jessica’s favorite part of the job is knowing she’s making a real difference in her customers’ homes—and forming meaningful, lasting relationships with each of them along the way. She believes a home feels truly clean and cozy when it smells fresh, and every detail is carefully taken care of. Her dedication, speed, and attention to detail make her one of our most outstanding team members—and a favorite among customers!

Brian has been a valued member of the Merry Maids® team for nearly two years. He takes pride in the satisfaction that comes from transforming a space with his work. Brian believes a house is truly clean when you can both see and smell the difference. Known for his quick and efficient cleaning style, customers love him for his kind, caring nature and his willingness to go the extra mile for others.
Fun Fact: Brian is a skilled handyman—and he recently got married!

Brittany brings over a year of experience and a genuine passion for cleaning to the Merry Maids team. She sees cleaning as an act of care and respect—for both her surroundings and herself—and takes pride in helping create spaces that feel peaceful and uplifting. Brittany believes a truly clean home brings positive energy and a sense of renewal. Her cleaning style is thorough, with a focus on leaving each space feeling refreshed and inviting.

Fun Fact: Brittany’s happy place is out in nature—she loves camping!

Meet Nugget, our team's mascot. He puts a smile on each of our faces every time he joins us. Although semi-retired now, he was the inspiration and the reason our recent pet drive for Pawsitive Hope Inc was so successful in raising both money and supplies. His bravery through his recent health issues provided everyone the hope that "together we can make a difference for the better". He's quite smart too, he has his own Facebook page.

Belle joined the Merry Maids team in August 2024, bringing with her years of professional cleaning experience. Her favorite part of the job is the uplifting and positive atmosphere in the office—and seeing the smiles on customers' faces after a great clean. Belle believes that nothing beats the feeling of walking into a tidy, fresh-smelling space that truly feels like home. She's known for her detailed and thorough approach, never missing a spot.
Fun Fact: Belle is the proud mom of three sons!

Trinity has been part of our team for the past few months, and she has quickly become a wonderful addition to our Merry Maids family. She consistently does great work and takes pride in making our customers’ homes look their very best.
Outside of work, Trinity is a proud mom to two kids who keep her busy and bring her lots of joy. We’re so happy to have Trinity on our team and truly appreciate the care and effort she brings to every home she cleans.

For over 39 years now, Patti has proudly owned and led Merry Maids in satisfying our customers' needs in Summit, Portage, and Stark County. She still sees to customers' needs that have been with her since the founding of our first franchise. In fact, she'll probably answer the phone when you call. She has built a business rooted in hard work, care, and dedication. What began with her leadership has grown into a three-generation run family business, and we are so proud to continue the legacy she created. Her strength, determination, and commitment to both our team and our customers inspire us every day. 

For many years Julie has managed your local Merry Maids office serving the Summit, Portage and Stark County areas. She has developed and customized many service plans to meet all our clients' unique needs and budgets.
