We're proud to celebrate Doria's promotion to one of our Quality Control Supervisors!

Doria's story is one of hard work and determination. She came to America from Honduras in 1984 and built a career through years of dedication, holding management roles in the fast food industry along the way. Her respect for franchise businesses shows in everything she does, it's reflected in her daily commitment to the quality and standards that define Merry Maids.

Outside of work, Doria loves to dance, spend time at the beach, and care for animals. She's a devoted pet parent to her terrier and her Shih Tzu, and that same love carries over to how she treats our customers' pets. A proud mother who raised two children on her own, Doria is also looking forward to an exciting new chapter, she'll soon be a grandmother!

Bella, a proud Chihuahua mix and the beloved pup of our longtime team member Hilda, has become an honorary part of the Merry Maids of Fairfield family. With her tiny paws and big heart, Bella brings smiles and tail wags to the office on a regular basis—keeping spirits high and morale even higher. Loyal to the core, she’s been known to greet teammates with cheerful barks and the occasional snuggle break. Whether she’s curled up under a desk or making her rounds, Bella reminds us that every team needs a little extra love. She is our four-legged ambassador of comfort, joy, and all things clean.

Professional Cleaning Technician

This year, Mayra celebrates an incredible 15-year milestone with our company. Since immigrating from Honduras, she has worked tirelessly to build a wonderful life for her family. Mayra is the proud mother of two daughters who have grown into remarkable women, and she is now the doting grandmother of a grandson and a granddaughter.

Working with Merry Maids has given her the flexibility to cherish precious time with her grandchildren, but it’s the human connection that keeps her inspired. Mayra deeply treasures the bonds she forms with her customers and the meaningful conversations they share. Outside of work, she is a woman of many passions: she loves to dance, dress up, and takes great pride in maintaining a beautiful home.
