New Zealand competition regulator The Commerce Commission has filed proceedings in the High Court against One NZ - formerly Vodafone - for multiple breaches of the 111 Contact Code – some of which the Commission alleges are still ongoing.

A New Zealand Commerce Commission investigation and subsequent High Court proceedings has resulted in more than 2,600 customers being refunded a total of nearly $480,000 after three companies, part of the Vocus Group, breached the Fair Trading Act.
