Delta Building Automation and its director to pay penalties for attempted bid rigging for National Gallery of Australia tender process
The Federal Court has ordered Delta Building Automation Pty Ltd to pay a penalty of $1.5 million for attempting to rig a tender at the National Gallery of Australia, in proceedings brought by the competition watchdog, the ACCC.

Consumers, businesses and economy to benefit from ‘stronger merger laws’
The Federal Government’s announcement that it will move to strengthen Australia’s merger laws, bringing Australia into line with most other developed economies, will benefit Australian consumers and businesses of all sizes, as well as the wider economy, according to the head of the competition watchdog, the ACCC.

ACCC seeks leave to appear in Epic Games, Apple court appeal
The competition watchdog, the ACCC, has sought leave to appear at the hearing of Epic Games appeal to the Full Federal Court against an earlier Court decision to stay Epic’s proceedings against Apple.
