Bulk messaging company SMSGlobal has been directed by Australia’s communication and media services regulator to comply with anti-scam rules after finding it breached the Reducing Scam Calls and Scam SMs Industry Code. 

Electricity retailer M2 Energy Pty Ltd, trading as Dodo Power & Gas (Dodo) paid $82,500 in penalties after the ACCC issued six infringement notices to Dodo for alleged contraventions of the Electricity Retail Code of Conduct (the Code).
